Estates with Emily is the estate planning practice of Jones, Green, & Tackett Law, PLLC, a locally owned law firm in historic downtown Springfield, Tennessee. Attorney Emily C. Green, a Springfield native, co-founded the firm in 2019 with fellow attorneys Brandi Jones and Heather Tackett. Rooted in the community it serves, the firm’s three attorneys help Middle Tennessee families with a wide range of legal needs, including family law matters such as divorce, custody, child support, contempt, and mediation, as well as criminal law, property law, and real estate closings. Within the firm, Emily focuses on estate planning, guiding clients through wills, trusts, special needs planning, probate, and estate administration.
Emily’s Legal Assistant
Daisy Oram
Daisy Oram serves as Emily’s legal assistant and as the firm’s elder care coordinator. She assists Emily with conservatorships, manages scheduling, relays messages to Emily, and serves as a notary and witness when clients sign their estate planning documents. Above all, Daisy makes sure everything runs smoothly and that clients have everything they need, helping them feel welcome and at ease from their first call to their final signing.
Administrative Assistant
Sheila Walton
Sheila Walton serves as the firm’s administrative assistant and is often the first friendly voice clients hear when they call. She answers the phones and greets everyone who walks through the door, making sure each client feels welcome and comfortable from the moment they arrive.
